Analyst

• Analyze rental asset utilization, availability, downtime, revenue, margin, repair costs, and lifecycle performance across the portfolio.
• Build, maintain, and improve Excel-based reporting models, dashboards, trackers, and performance summaries.
• Work with large datasets from ERP, rental management, finance, CRM, telematics, or other operational systems to identify trends, exceptions, and improvement opportunities.
• Use AI tools and data-analysis platforms to clean, classify, summarize, and interpret large volumes of rental asset data efficiently and accurately.
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting on portfolio performance, asset returns, underutilized equipment, revenue leakage, and capital allocation.
• Develop insights that help improve rental pricing, portfolio mix, asset redeployment, maintenance planning, and investment decisions.
• Partner with operations and finance teams to investigate variances, reconcile data, validate assumptions, and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Create ad hoc analyses for leadership, including asset profitability, customer rental behavior, geographic demand, replacement timing, and disposal recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports, streamline manual processes, and improve data quality.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders, translating complex analysis into practical business recommendations.
