Sales Manager
Peach PaymentsSales Manager responsible for merchant acquisition and revenue growth for Peach Payments, a fintech company. Building strategic relationships with clients while leading a high-performing sales team in Mauritius.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be accountable for achieving ambitious targets in merchant acquisition and net revenue
- Work directly with merchants to solve their payment challenges and assist in their growth from lead generation to account management
- Lead your segment pipeline growth as per set targets and forecasting requirements
- Play a personal and direct role in building and maintaining enduring customer relationships, up to the C-level
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the organization to help shape Peach’s products and solutions to meet customer needs
- Participate in key industry events to drive positive market awareness and build our presence
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of sales experience with a strong history of reaching/exceeding targets
- The ability to seek out new merchants, cold calling/lead generation, manage pipelines and close deals
- The ability to build strategic executive relationships with customers and industry thought leaders
- A passion for helping to scale new technology businesses
- The ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts and translate them into industry- or business-relevant terms
- The ability to work cross-functionally to ensure the merchant gets the best service possible
- Ability to keep internal systems up to date as per our SOPs
- Experience in payments or e-commerce is highly preferable
- A valid driving license in Mauritius is mandatory
