- interface directly with merchants and their technical teams
- serve as technical point of contact during integration

Requirements
- commitment to working in a shift basis environment
- understanding of technical systems
- background/experience with switches like MSDK, Base24, ACI, Bankserv/Payinc
- technical banking experience with payments and issuing card
- ability to self-organise and identify opportunities for improvement
- strong business writing and spoken English
- understanding of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
- valid work authorisation to work in India
- previous payments experience is a plus
