About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be accountable for achieving ambitious targets in merchant acquisition and net revenue
Work directly with merchants to solve their payment challenges and assist in their growth from lead generation to account management
Lead your segment pipeline growth as per set targets and forecasting requirements
Play a personal and direct role in building and maintaining enduring customer relationships, up to the C-level
Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the organization to help shape Peach’s products and solutions to meet customer needs
Participate in key industry events to drive positive market awareness and build our presence

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of sales experience with a strong history of reaching/exceeding targets
The ability to seek out new merchants, cold calling/lead generation, manage pipelines and close deals
The ability to build strategic executive relationships with customers and industry thought leaders
A passion for helping to scale new technology businesses
The ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts and translate them into industry- or business-relevant terms
The ability to work cross-functionally to ensure the merchant gets the best service possible
Ability to keep internal systems up to date as per our SOPs
Experience in payments or e-commerce is highly preferable
A valid driving license in Mauritius is mandatory.
