About the role

  • Interface directly with merchants and technical teams
  • Understand user requirements and solve technical challenges
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams
  • Interact with users via email, phone, and Zoom
  • Optimize internal and external documentation and processes
  • Partner with Team Lead to refine tools and practices

Requirements

  • Understanding of technical systems to support merchants
  • Background/experience with switches (Base24, ACI, Bankserv/Payinc)
  • Curiosity and drive to work across the organization
  • Ability to self-organize and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Previous payments experience is a plus
  • Strong business writing and spoken English
  • Understanding of programming languages (Python or JavaScript)
  • Valid work authorization in residence country
