About the role

  • Lead the Revenue Operations (RevOps) organization for PDQ
  • Create, implement, and manage information systems (e.g., CRM) and operational processes across sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Ensure best tools and processes to maximize efficiency across GTM activities
  • Administer Salesforce and other sales-related technologies; plan and execute Salesforce administration tasks
  • Identify, select, and onboard scalable tools to ensure sales data visibility cross-functionally
  • Surface data-driven insights and opportunities to GTM leadership to drive growth across the customer journey
  • Track and analyze results through OKRs, KPIs, and performance/efficiency metrics; support monthly recaps and pipeline meetings
  • Develop and maintain annual sales plans including territories and compensation
  • Partner with marketing, product, and finance for bottom-up/top-down planning alignment
  • Lead, mentor, and unify the RevOps team; foster alignment and trust
  • Prioritize, delegate, and execute projects balancing strategic planning and individual execution
  • Oversee vendor and contractor management to maximize ROI on project resources
  • Oversee sales systems enablement to drive adoption and alignment
  • Act as an AI thought partner and implementer, exploring and deploying AI use cases to increase GTM efficiency

Requirements

  • On-site role, (4) days a week and open to candidates in Salt Lake City, UT or within commuting distance of our South Salt Lake City headquarters
  • 10+ years of experience in GTM functions (preferably at B2B SaaS companies)
  • 5+ years of experience in information systems (CRM, marketing automation, etc.) including expertise with Salesforce and various sales and analytic tools
  • Experience administering Salesforce and other sales-related technologies (Hubspot, Tray.io, Nue, etc.)
  • Strong systems knowledge (esp. Salesforce)
  • Experience selecting, onboarding, and administering scalable tools
  • Experience tracking and analyzing OKRs, KPIs, and performance/efficiency metrics
  • Experience developing annual sales plans, territories, and compensation
  • Experience partnering with marketing, product, and finance for planning
  • Proven leadership experience—lead, mentor, and unify teams
  • Vendor and contractor management experience
  • Experience driving sales systems enablement and adoption
  • Comfortable with AI adoption and implementing AI use cases
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized with ability to manage strategic initiatives and execution
  • Ownership, honesty, collaboration, and continuous improvement values alignment
  • Majority of PDQ's full-time roles do not qualify for sponsorship of employment visas such as the H-1B visa
