About the role

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Define and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize demand generation campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to digital advertising, content marketing, email, webinars, and events.
  • Work with Marketing Operations and Marketing Automation team members to create, test, and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement trial and demo generation programs to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification and handover processes.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of demand generation campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing and leadership teams.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with content creators, designers, web team, paid team, and other marketing team members to develop compelling and effective campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Product Led Growth experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
