Managed Services Analyst I – Accounts Payable Team

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support key business operations such as accounting, pricing, fuel management, and data processing
- Maintain and record business transactions for assigned accounts
- Perform general ledger activities such as journal entries for accruals or expense account reclassifications
- Interface with store managers and personnel to ensure efficient store processing
- Generate and review customer financial statements, posts journal entries, and reconciles accounts
- Review and analyze monthly operating results for accuracy and reasonableness
- Follow up on accounting/system issues that affect accounts
- Develop and maintain financial reporting and tracking tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Convenience store or retail experience is a plus
