About the role

  • Supports product launches, campaigns, and photography by ensuring products are organized, accurate, and production ready.
  • Owns the coordination of product samples, studio production logistics, and trade show execution to enable high-quality marketing assets and seamless event support.
  • Partners closely with Product Development, Marketing, and other internal teams to maintain inventory accuracy and drive timely execution across initiatives.
  • Product Samples & Inventory Management: Receive, check in, organize, and track all product samples (photo, studio, field and trade show).
  • Photography & Video Production Support: Schedule studio and lifestyle shoots; manage studio calendar.
  • Product Launch & Campaign Support: Receive new product samples from Product Development and support development of marketing content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2–4 years of marketing coordination, product support, or production experience
  • Experience managing samples, logistics, or creative production workflows
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools (Airtable or similar)
  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience supporting photography, video production, or product launches a plus
