Product Manager

• Responsible for leading the design and development of PCMI lender compliance products
• Partner with the VP of Lender Compliance Solutions, on product vision and strategy
• Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog based on product strategy
• Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
• Mitigate roadblocks to achieve sprint/release goals
• Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
• Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
• Lead the design of products and features, from initial concept through to final implementation for PCMI dealer services products
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure our products meet customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and roadmaps
• Create high-fidelity designs
• Apply a data-driven approach to design, incorporating user feedback and analytics into the design process
