About the role
- Lead the design and development of PCMI lender compliance products
- Partner with the VP of Lender Compliance Solutions on product vision and strategy
- Plan and prioritize product development and feature backlog based on product strategy
- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure clarity for relevant teams
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to align work with product strategy
- Mitigate roadblocks to achieve sprint and release goals
- Lead product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
- Serve as product ambassador internally and externally
- Lead product and feature design from concept through implementation for dealer services products
- Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure products meet customer needs
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and roadmaps
- Create high-fidelity designs and apply a data-driven approach incorporating user feedback and analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development, preferably in the financial or automotive industry
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to work with hybrid teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical thinker with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions
- Proven experience in product management, with the ability to lead a product from idea to launch
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
