About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure, image, and deploy end-user technology equipment
  • Support the lifecycle management of computers, networking equipment, servers, printers, and related technology assets
  • Coordinate hardware warranty claims and vendor escalations
  • Refurbish and prepare technology assets for redeployment
  • Maintain hardware standards and equipment information within company systems
  • Support the deployment and management of specialized technology, including cameras and drones
  • Coordinate equipment movement and inventory replenishment with warehouse and logistics teams
  • Prepare decommissioned equipment for donation or disposal
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and asset information accurately within tracking systems
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate technical concerns through established support channels

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Postsecondary diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of technical or IT support experience
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, software, and related technology services
  • Understanding of IT asset management principles and equipment lifecycles
  • Experience using asset management, inventory, or service management systems
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
