About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Configure, image, and deploy end-user technology equipment
Support the lifecycle management of computers, networking equipment, servers, printers, and related technology assets
Coordinate hardware warranty claims and vendor escalations
Refurbish and prepare technology assets for redeployment
Maintain hardware standards and equipment information within company systems
Support the deployment and management of specialized technology, including cameras and drones
Coordinate equipment movement and inventory replenishment with warehouse and logistics teams
Prepare decommissioned equipment for donation or disposal
Document incidents, resolutions, and asset information accurately within tracking systems
Troubleshoot issues and escalate technical concerns through established support channels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Postsecondary diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
2+ years of technical or IT support experience
Knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, software, and related technology services
Understanding of IT asset management principles and equipment lifecycles
Experience using asset management, inventory, or service management systems
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
