About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to company-wide Compensation programs that attract, retain and recognize top talent
- Partner with HR and business leaders as a trusted advisor on pay programs and strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends
- Build stakeholder relationships and translate priorities into practical compensation solutions
- Deliver annual salary reviews and incentive programs through planning, coordination and advanced Excel use
- Collaborate across teams to design and communicate compensation initiatives balancing business needs with employee experience
- Identify opportunities to streamline and modernize compensation practices for scalability and business growth
- Provide education and resources so leaders and employees understand the approach to pay
- Support job evaluations, role documentation and maintenance of Total Rewards policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Diploma or degree in HR or a related field
- Progress toward the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred
- CHRP/CHRL considered an asset
- 7+ years of progressive compensation experience
- Solid knowledge of compensation principles and legislation
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas and influence others
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
