About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Resolves user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for handling support cases
- District jobsite setup and turndown, including remote support
- Delivers technical training and other knowledge resources
- Administers and monitors district office and construction site server resources and technology solutions to ensure optimal operation, and responds to issues
- Accurate and timely logging of problems, and resolutions to problems, in problem-management database
- Provides implementation support on corporate and regional initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in computer technology or a related discipline preferred
- Two years Co-op/internship or relevant experience preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely
- Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on proactive solutions
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize own work
- Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
- Basic understanding of Windows Operating Systems and networking standards
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs. as part of regular job duties
