About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist field team in developing key plan visuals for construction schedules and site logistics: site safety, access, trailers, temporary power, hoists, crane swing, and demolition.
- Generate tower crane and man/material hoist working drawings (plans, elevations, sections).
- Support model coordination and clash detection using Revizto or equivalent platforms.
- Process and analyze laser scan data, point cloud registration, working with survey team outputs.
- Build and update virtual construction models from plans, specs, and elevations under supervision.
- Aid in site logistics modeling and trade-partner model coordination.
- Assist with model updates, submissions, and document control as needed.
- Promote adoption of virtual construction tools across project teams.
- Attend and contribute to project or coordination meetings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled in or pursuing a degree or diploma in architecture, architectural technology, construction management, civil engineering, or a related AEC discipline.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Eager to learn, innovative, and adaptable to new technology trends and processes.
- Able to manage multiple, competing tasks with attention to detail.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, capable of building positive relationships with project stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong communication and time-management skills.
