About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manages the setup of new address book records and implements changes on existing records to ensure an accurate and up-to-date address book
- Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Develops and maintains strong, customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders
- Values and models the solution provider and profitability culture
- Other duties as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- Postsecondary degree or diploma in a related discipline preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Fully bilingual in English and French required
- Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with conflicting deadlines
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment, with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to act with the required discretion when handling confidential information
- Ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- Basic skills using Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge and/or experience with accounting software an asset
