About the role
- Engage with global stakeholders from various segments/functions
- Plan, execute, and implement scoped concurrent Projects/Programs/Portfolios
- Manage complex concurrent medium to large-scale projects
- Identify and remediate risks, issues, and scope/timeline/cost creeps
- Manage assigned Projects against cross-program/portfolio dependencies
- Drive Projects with cross-functional internal and external teams
Requirements
- At least 10 years of large-scale Global ERP Implementation experience
- Specialized Record Thru Report (Finance) experience of at least 8 years
- At least 6 years of experience in other functional Process Areas (e.g. Order Thru Cash, Procure Thru Pay, etc.)
- Expert knowledge of formal IT end-to-end SDLC expertise on different methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, Scrum)
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration/Management
- Current PMP Certification
- Expertise in MS Project, Smartsheet, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint
