About the role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, including networks, data centers, cloud platforms, identity management, and security tools
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Security, Engineering, Quality, Compliance, Vendors) across global regions
- Ensure projects align with regulatory requirements (GxP, FDA, ISO 27001) and corporate cybersecurity standards
- Oversee system deployments, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning with minimal operational disruption
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies using standard PM methodologies (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall)
- Drive cybersecurity initiatives such as SOC enablement, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and incident response readiness
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and executive communications
- Support audits, validation activities, and compliance assessments related to IT and cybersecurity systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 7-10 years related experience and/or training
- Intermediate Computer Skills: Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and has knowledge of various computer programs
- Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs
- Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- High Standard of Report Writing
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
