About the role
- RECRUITING: Use your expertise and be actively involved across the entire process – from sourcing and interviews to contract negotiation. Delivering an excellent candidate experience is always your top priority.
- MANAGEMENT: You will own and drive our end-to-end recruiting process in close coordination with hiring managers and business units, acting as a trusted advisor to your teams.
- CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE: Shape a first-class candidate journey and ensure applicants feel welcomed and supported throughout the process.
- PROJECTS & ONBOARDING: In addition to recruiting, you will contribute to other exciting projects and support onboarding of new colleagues – for example, by running our Welcome Days.
- CREATIVITY: You enjoy challenging the status quo and contribute creative ideas to help us continuously improve.
Requirements
- You have solid experience in IT in-house recruiting, ideally at an IT service provider.
- You possess excellent communication skills in German and English, enabling you to adjust German and Austrian contracts where needed.
- You have a talent for relationship management, especially using an ATS.
- You have experience with at least two ATSs, preferably Ashby, Lever, or Personio.
- You work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
- You think creatively and identify top talent using innovative sourcing methods, e.g., on LinkedIn – you know LinkedIn Recruiter inside out.
- You are independent, proactive, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
- You are a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues and is open to new ideas.
- Nice to have: experience with tools such as Ashby, Hibob, Personio, and Google Workspace.
