About the role
- Sales Development Lead (m/f/d) responsible for coaching, enablement, HubSpot processes, tooling and clear KPIs.
- Ensure SDRs don't fall into reactive activity but systematically improve: better target outreach, improved sequences, cleaner qualification, better handoffs to Sales.
- Responsible for data hygiene in HubSpot: maintain sequences, lead status and tasks accurately.
- Data-driven management: lead by KPIs (conversion rates, show rates, time-to-action). Identify bottlenecks in the funnel.
- Playbook design: develop scripts and email templates that translate our 'Hero Products' (e.g., SAP on Azure) into business value.
- Develop beginners into tomorrow's cloud consultants.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 2–3 years of leadership experience in Sales Development (SaaS or cloud environment). You have scaled or built teams before.
- Tech stack: You are a HubSpot power user. You know how to build workflows, pull reports and automate sequences. (Experience with Lusha/Sales Navigator is required).
- Methodology: You know modern outbound methods (social selling, personalized video) and reject 'spray & pray' mass emails.
- Analytics: You can read an Excel sheet and understand the difference between an MQL and an SQL.
- Language: Fluency in German and English (C1/C2 level) is required to communicate internally and convince customers.
