About the role

  • Coordination of budget preparation and ongoing forecast processes.
  • Development and enhancement of the reporting landscape in Power BI.
  • Continuous improvement of LucaNet as a tool for planning and consolidation.
  • Analysis of budget vs. actual deviations and proactive identification of optimization opportunities.
  • Advising business units as a trusted business partner.
  • Support for monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB/IFRS.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in finance, business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of practical experience in controlling or a comparable advisory role.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting and controlling, and experience in integrated financial planning (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Confident user of LucaNet and/or Power BI and very good Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented working style, and high self-initiative.
  • High IT affinity combined with deep business understanding.
