- Define, implement and enforce clear CRM governance rules (mandatory fields, deal stages, naming conventions, lifecycle stages).
- Ensure high data quality (completeness, timeliness, consistency).
- Perform regular CRM audits including cleanup, duplicate management and data hygiene.
- Serve as the central interface for CRM topics between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and IT.
- Evaluate, implement and maintain integrations (e.g., Odoo, website, and other internal tools).
- Design, document and optimize our sales processes end-to-end.
- Define and continuously optimize the lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-cash processes.
- Map complex sales realities (cloud portfolio, hyperscalers, multi-cloud, services & managed services).
- Act as the CRO’s co-pilot for revenue management.
- Build and maintain a reliable bottom-up forecasting model.

Requirements

- Clear, direct and transparent communication.
- Excellent German and English skills.
- Ideally, you have extensive experience with HubSpot or have even worked at a HubSpot agency and know the tool inside out.
