Job Level
About the role
- For our continued growth, we are looking for you as a (Senior) SAP Sales Specialist (m/f/d) in a full-time position.
- Drive sales success for our SAP Cloud Services based on AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, including SAP Cloud ERP and SAP BTP.
- Identify opportunities in migration and transition projects and convince customers of the value.
- Advance the market launch of our Managed Service products and collaborate on developing new offerings.
- Independently manage the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach and qualification to successful contract closing.
- Lead negotiations and presentations at management level (CIO, CTO, CFO).
- Own and accurately forecast your sales pipeline in the CRM system (HubSpot).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Solid professional experience (3–5 years) in IT sales, Business Development, or a customer-facing role.
- Good understanding of the SAP product landscape (e.g., Cloud ERP, S/4HANA, BTP, cloud solutions).
- Strong communication skills: you are articulate, persuasive, and precise — whether on the phone, by email, or in person.
- SAP sales professional with a proven track record of success in the SAP ecosystem.
- Sales talent and a "hunter" mentality: proactive in prospecting (cold calling, lead generation, account expansion).
- Structured work approach: you maintain your pipeline and CRM as diligently as your customer relationships.
- Fast learner: you grasp complex technical topics quickly and explain them clearly to customers.
- Confident negotiator in German and comfortable operating in an English-speaking business environment.
Benefits
- Total flexibility: Work the way that fits your life — remotely anywhere in Germany, hybrid, or from one of our offices in Germany (Magstadt, Darmstadt, Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Cologne, Ulm, Heidelberg, Frankfurt).
- Workation: Combine work and travel with up to 30 days of workation per year.
- Time off: 30 days of vacation per year to recharge.
- Your choice of hardware: Mac, Windows, or Linux — you decide what you prefer.
- Professional development: Training, labs, and certifications with AWS, Azure, Google & SAP to boost your cloud expertise.
- Meaningful feedback: Regular development and salary reviews so you always know where you stand.
- Perks beyond the basics: Choose between a Spendit Card, Wellpass, or Deutschlandticket. Additionally: childcare subsidy and bike leasing as extra benefits for life beyond the laptop.
- Team spirit: Team events, summer parties, and a company Christmas celebration — we celebrate successes together.
- Diverse client portfolio including customers such as Lorenz, VHV, and Axel Springer.
