• Use your expertise and be actively involved throughout the entire recruiting process — from sourcing and interviews to contract negotiation. Providing an excellent candidate experience is always your top priority.
• You are responsible for managing and executing our end-to-end recruiting process in close coordination with hiring managers and business units, acting as a trusted advisor for your teams.
• Shape a first-class candidate journey and ensure applicants feel comfortable with us.
• In addition to recruiting, you will contribute to other exciting projects and support the onboarding of new colleagues — for example, our Welcome Days.
• You enjoy challenging the status quo and proactively contribute new ideas to continuously improve our recruiting processes and methods.
• You actively contribute to employer branding and thereby strengthen our employer brand.
