Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years of hospital revenue cycle experience.
5+ years of hands-on Paragon Revenue Cycle/Patient Accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of:
Hospital billing operations
Charge capture
Patient accounting
Claims generation
Revenue Integrity
Reimbursement workflows
Excellent communication and consulting skills.
Preferred Qualifications Paragon implementation or optimization experience.
Healthcare consulting experience.
SQL reporting or healthcare analytics knowledge.
CDM (Charge Description Master) experience.
Familiarity with 837I institutional claims and clearinghouse workflows.
RHIA, HFMA, CHFP, or similar certifications preferred.
