Execute manual and automated testing for Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom functionality
Design and maintain test cases and test scripts aligned to user stories and acceptance criteria
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Work closely with Salesforce Developers and Product Owners to validate requirements and resolve defects
Support test automation efforts using tools such as Provar, Selenium, or similar frameworks
Validate integrations and data flows using APIs, SOQL, and backend testing tools
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Document defects clearly and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely resolution

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on Salesforce QA or Salesforce testing experience
Experience testing Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud
Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, and validation rules
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Comfortable working in regulated or enterprise environments
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce-focused automation tools (Provar, Selenium, etc.)
Experience testing integrations using REST or SOAP APIs
Salesforce certifications (Administrator or similar)
