About the role

  • Inbound customer service with sales, aiming to identify customer needs, answer questions, complete procedures, and offer products and/or services.
  • The agent must identify the customer’s need and provide a practical, objective solution according to the product and/or service procedures.
  • Sales of products and services.
  • Specific technical tasks: Call center service offering telephony voice or data services and products, working with service bundles for residential or mobile phone lines, data packages, broadband, and fiber services.
  • Will use systems to record interactions and process service activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • High school diploma (completed).
  • Strong verbal fluency and persuasive ability.
  • Negotiation and argumentation skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Availability to attend training and work from home (Home Office).
  • Preferably reside near the Atento Ribeirão Preto unit.
