About the role
- The Specialist will identify the customer's needs and provide a practical, objective solution in accordance with the product and/or service procedures;
- Sell products and services;
- Each interaction may involve different situations raised by the customer;
- Specific technical tasks: Call center inbound service for sales offers of voice or data telephony products or services, working with service packages for residential or mobile phone lines, data bundles, broadband and fiber services;
- Use systems to record and process customer interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years;
- Military Service/Reservist Certificate (required for male applicants);
- Education: High school diploma;
- Strong verbal communication skills and persuasiveness;
- Negotiation and argumentation skills;
- Sales experience is a plus, but candidates seeking their first job are welcome;
- Basic computer and typing skills;
- Easy access to Atento's São José dos Campos unit.
