About the role

  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement with Now TV services, driving content awareness, viewership, and adoption of service features.
  • Lead and oversee content promotion campaigns to strengthen Now TV’s content proposition across diverse genres, including in-base tune-in programs, on-air promotion, social media engagement, on-ground events and vertical sports community build-up.
  • Drive launch promotion campaigns for new content pillars, ensuring maximum visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate closely with Content, Product, and Design teams as a key stakeholder to review and optimize the user experience of the Now TV interface.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with content partners of 130+ sports & entertainment channels to ensure alignment and maximize promotional opportunities.
  • Act as marketing lead in partnership with Marcom and Branding teams to strengthen Now TV’s brand positioning and drive brand-building initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in TV or telecommunication industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills, with proven ability to execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Demonstrate genuine interest in television content across diverse genres and platforms, with an awareness of current trends and audience behaviors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
