About the role
- Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints via call, live chat and email in an efficient and professional manner
- Offer immediate assistances towards complaints
- 提供優質客戶服務包括透過電話、即時通訊 (live chat) 及或電郵解答顧客預約查詢及處理投訴
- 及時處理投訴電話及個案
Requirements
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above, or equivalent
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome
- Candidates with 1-year or above CS experience / experience in Aviation, Hospitality and/or Tourism industry is highly preferred
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
