About the role
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for services running on AWS/AZURE/AliCloud, including ECS, OSS, RDS, VPC, SLB, Function Compute, and more.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and respond to incidents, alerts, and service degradation issues.
- Assist in provisioning, configuration, and optimization of cloud resources on Multi Cloud Environment.
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure best practices in cloud architecture and deployment.
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration.
- Maintain and update documentation related to system configurations, standard procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Work with vendor's Cloud technical support and account managers to resolve advanced infrastructure issues.
- Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001) in the cloud environment.
- Assist in cloud cost optimization and resource management.
- Stay up to date with new features and services from multi Cloud environment and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in a cloud support or system administration role
- Strong knowledge of AWS/AZURE/Alibaba Cloud (Aliyun) platform services and architecture
- Understanding of cloud networking concepts: VPC, NAT Gateway, VPN, SLB, PrivateLink
- Experience with Linux/UNIX system administration
- Familiarity with cloud monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudMonitor, ActionTrail)
- Working knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB on cloud platforms
- Knowledge of containers and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Scripting skills in Shell, Python, or PowerShell
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Certification in Alibaba Cloud (e.g., ACA, ACP) is a huge plus.
