Security Engineer

• Perform operational tasks such as implementing and configuring firewall, VPN, and proxy policies as part of Business As Usual (BAU) activities
• Support network security components round-the-clock in areas such as firewall, VPN, proxy, and various security tools like Darktrace
• Possess familiarity with a range of Security technologies including Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks (PA), Sangfor, Huawei, as well as other security components such as Ivanti VPN, MobileIron, Darktrace, NAC, Proxy, among others
• Deploy and manage network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Darktrace, CrowdStrike, SIEM to track network performance and security
• Promptly investigate and address security alerts, incidents, and breaches with efficiency
• Handle security events and incidents in a 24/7 environment to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities
• Utilize Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools to troubleshooting, analyze security data and produce reports for management and stakeholders
• Assist in the implementation and management of security controls, tools, and technologies
• Collaborate with diverse teams to enforce security measures and address security challenges effectively.
