About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will support our marketing team in the strategic and creative development of our social media presence with innovative ideas and relevant content.
Operational management and development of social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
Creation and publication of content (text, image, video)
Support in campaign planning and content implementation together with the Marketing Manager
Community management: comments, messages, interaction
Analysis of social media metrics and preparation of basic reports
Support for marketing projects such as newsletters, events, and marketing materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training or degree in marketing, communications, or media
First practical experience in social media management desirable (internships, part-time jobs, own projects)
Creativity and a good sense for digital communication
Structured and independent way of working
Good skills in content creation (text, image, and where applicable video) and graphic tools (Adobe, Canva)
Basic knowledge of Typo3 is an advantage
Fluent German skills and very good English skills
Team player with open communication
