About the role
- Customer acquisition
- Expansion and maintenance of customer relationships, particularly with OEMs and system suppliers based in southern Germany
- Technical leadership of project teams during the product development phase
- Collection of market information and identification of market trends in product development
- Translating collected market information into requirements for the company's product development
- Estimation of market prices for new product groups
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Key Account Management, ideally in the automotive or supplier sector
- Willingness to travel — the role is predominantly mobile or performed on-site at the customer's location
- Negotiation-level German and English language skills
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
