About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You develop, implement and manage social media and content strategies for our clients, primarily in the B2B sector
You plan social media content tailored to the appropriate platform and execute it together with our graphic team
You handle the operational management of social media profiles (content creation, issue management)
You take responsibility for community management as well as monitoring and reporting campaign results
You are responsible for editorial planning
You identify and leverage current or emerging trends to adapt them for our clients
You identify potential opportunities for our clients
You provide proactive client consulting and support
You ensure quality standards and a brand-compliant presence of our clients on social media

Requirements

What you’ll need

You hold a degree in communications, marketing, business, or a comparable qualification
You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an agency environment
You have professional experience in B2B communications
You have a strong affinity for integrating text, imagery and content
You are familiar with all major social networks and comfortable using them
You have a strong interest in real estate and/or finance topics
You can quickly and efficiently familiarize yourself with different topics and subject areas
You are reliable, independent and possess analytical thinking and approach
You have strong team spirit and a high level of commitment
You have very good MS Office skills and strong English language skills
You have excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills
