• Du entwickelst, implementierst und verwaltest Social-Media- und Content-Strategien für unsere Kunden vorwiegend aus dem B2B-Bereich
• Du planst Social Media Content - ausgerichtet auf die passende Plattform - und setzt diesen gemeinsam mit unserem Grafikteam um
• Du kümmerst Dich um die operative Betreuung von Social-Media-Auftritten (Contenterstellung, Issue Management)
• Du übernimmst das Community Management sowie das Monitoring und Reporting der Ergebnisse von Kampagnen
• Du übernimmst die Redaktionsplanung
• Du erkennst und nutzt aktuelle oder sich anbahnende Trends, um diese für unsere Kunden zu adaptieren
• Du erkennst die Potenziale für unsere Kunden
• Du übernimmst die proaktive Kundenberatung und -betreuung
• Du sicherst die Qualitätsstandards und den markenkonformen Auftritt unserer Kunden in den sozialen Medien
