4+ years in product, with a track record of owning a surface from problem through delivery - with clear evidence of growth over time
Strong data instincts: define success before you build, measure it, and design solutions that get better with use.
You make things happen without being pushed.
Background in healthcare or fintech a strong plus.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
