About the role
- Support PayU B2B customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Manage customer databases in the operating system
- Verify and identify contacting customers and recognize reported problems
- Record and forward requests to other operational departments
- Communicate with other company teams to effectively resolve customer issues
- Answer questions, solve problems, and make every customer interaction positive
Requirements
- Education - minimum secondary education
- English and Czech language - minimum B2 level, both in speech and writing
- Ability to formulate thoughts clearly in written form
- Good working knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Minimum six months of experience in Customer Support
- Communicativeness
- Ability to work as part of a team
