About the role
- Contribute hands-on through coding, design, and reviews using PHP, Symfony, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Lead architectural design to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex challenges and champion clean coding standards, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
- Guide your team through agile ceremonies and ensure alignment and momentum.
- Track progress, provide visibility into risks and timelines, and improve cross-team initiatives.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback and coach team members toward their career goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years in software development
- Expertise in PHP, Symfony (or similar)
- Proficiency in MySQL and Doctrine ORM
- Skilled in JavaScript (jQuery, AngularJS, or similar)
- Experience mentoring or leading teams
- Solid understanding of Scrum or Kanban
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
