About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define, lead, and deliver cross-functional, company-wide strategic initiatives with executive visibility.
- Establish and evolve program governance models, ensuring structured execution, milestone tracking, and success measurement.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration, aligning business priorities, dependencies, and resources to achieve program goals.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing insights, recommendations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Enhance operational efficiency, developing scalable processes, frameworks, and best practices for program execution.
- Develop and execute executive-level communications, crafting clear reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Continuously refine program management methodologies, leveraging data-driven insights to improve execution and outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-7 years of experience in program or project management, with a strong track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs.
- PMP or PgMP preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with executive leadership, influencing decisions and driving organizational alignment.
- Exceptional ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution to drive measurable results.
- Proven leadership in mentoring and coaching program teams.
- Deep expertise in PMIS tools, with Asana preferred.
