About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and articulate a clear, long-term product vision and strategy for the E-Commerce experience grounded in customer insights, competitive analysis, and business objectives.
- Build and maintain an outcome-driven product roadmap with defined priorities, measurable KPIs, and alignment to organizational goals.
- Identify and evaluate new growth and innovation opportunities, including new channels such as mobile apps, marketplace integrations, subscriptions, and loyalty programs.
- Lead the full product lifecycle—from concept and requirements through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Act as a key decision-maker evaluating business opportunities, partnerships, and integration strategies that enhance the commerce experience.
- Serve as the voice of both the customer and the business, ensuring that product decisions deliver meaningful user and commercial value.
- Foster strong collaboration with engineering, design, operations, marketing, legal, compliance, and senior leadership to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Influence executive stakeholders with clear communication of strategies, business cases, insights, and performance outcomes.
- Champion continuous improvement across the entire digital commerce funnel.
- Leverage experimentation, data insights, and user research to improve conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform the roadmap and accelerate innovation.
- Monitor and manage product budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with financial plans and ROI targets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
- 8-10+ years of experience in product management, with significant experience in E-Commerce, digital product, or related domains.
- Proven success driving E-Commerce strategy, conversion optimization, and large-scale digital product launches.
- Deep understanding of E-Commerce platforms, customer experience design, and conversion funnel performance.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, experimentation, and insights to guide decisions.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and lead in matrixed environments.
- Experience with performance marketing, merchandising technologies, personalization engines, or checkout systems is a plus.
