About the role
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for risk management and finance
- Support sourcing for other indirect categories as required
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking
- Negotiate contracts with favorable business terms
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders
- Manage strategic relationships with service providers and suppliers
- Collaborate with internal organizations to align sourcing strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement
- At least 5 years in risk, finance, or indirect category leadership
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Professional certifications: CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent
- Working knowledge of use of AI
