- Lead the Merchant Platform transformation at Paysafe
- Migrate SMB merchants to Salesforce
- Build tools for ISO partners to onboard and manage merchants
- Optimize merchant activation through automation and self-service
- Deliver unified platform for all channels
Requirements
- 15+ years software engineering experience
- 5+ years VP/Director level management of 50+ engineers
- Proven track record in building and scaling merchant-facing platforms or SaaS products
- 5+ years in payments, fintech, or merchant services industry
- Deep understanding of merchant onboarding, underwriting, lifecycle management
- Experience with PCI compliance, fraud prevention, risk management
- 3+ years expertise with ISO partners, or channel sales
- Understanding of ISO economics, revenue sharing, portfolio management
- 3+ years in building products for SMB merchants
- Strong architecture skills including APIs, microservices, cloud-native design
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and architecture
