About the role

  • Lead core payment processing and gateway infrastructure
  • Own payment gateway, intelligent routing, and real-time fraud detection
  • Process 5000+ peak TPS
  • Maintain 99.99% uptime for payment infrastructure
  • Build cloud-native payment processing infrastructure

Requirements

  • 10+ years in payments technology
  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Deep knowledge of payment processing: authorization flows, card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Hands-on experience with payment processors: Worldpay, TSYS, Fiserv
  • Understanding of fraud and risk management
  • Knowledge of payment regulations: PCI DSS, PSD2
  • Proven track record building high-scale systems
  • Cloud-native architecture experience: AWS, Kubernetes/EKS
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals
