About the role
- Lead end-to-end program delivery: planning, execution, go-live, and stabilization.
- Establish strong governance: cadence, decision forums, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Manage multiple workstreams: HRIS configuration, global payroll readiness, integrations, data migration, security, and change management.
- Partner with global HR and Payroll leaders to align processes and manage country-specific needs.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure accountability and milestone delivery.
- Drive data readiness and quality through validation, testing, and cutover activities.
- Provide clear, data-driven reporting to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
- Enable adoption through structured change management, documentation, and training.
Requirements
- Proven success leading large-scale, global implementations.
- Strong background in PMO leadership, governance frameworks, and delivery models.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders.
- Highly analytical with expertise in data-driven reporting and dashboards.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of global operations, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Track record of driving adoption and change management.
