About the role
- Work across both frontend and backend components
- Contribute directly to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality digital products
- Create efficient, secure, and scalable services while building user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks
- Implement and consume APIs, integrate third-party systems, and collaborate with databases ensuring smooth and reliable data flows
- Collaborate closely with architects, tech leads, and cross-functional teams
- Participate in agile processes, provide effort estimations, and help prioritize improvements
- Contribute to the validation and testing of both functional and technical requirements
- Help define testing criteria and support QA team in maintaining performance, security, and coding standards across the stack
- Continuously look for ways to improve architecture, processes, and technical landscape
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern development practices
