About the role

  • Overseeing a collection of programs and projects of major strategic investment area
  • Monitor portfolio delivery performance, measuring progress against KPIs, value realization targets, and strategic goals
  • Track allocation of resources and budget across programs and projects
  • Establish governance standards for portfolio-level risk management
  • Deliver executive-facing portfolio updates and insights
  • Define and implement portfolio delivery standards, metrics, and dashboards
  • Collaborate with Product Leads, Technology Leads, and cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems)
  • 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management or related experience across diverse business domains
  • Proven ability to manage strategic portfolios encompassing multiple high-impact programs
  • PMP, PfMP, or equivalent professional qualification, highly preferred
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of investment management principles
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities
