About the role
- Overseeing a collection of programs and projects of major strategic investment area
- Monitor portfolio delivery performance, measuring progress against KPIs, value realization targets, and strategic goals
- Track allocation of resources and budget across programs and projects
- Establish governance standards for portfolio-level risk management
- Deliver executive-facing portfolio updates and insights
- Define and implement portfolio delivery standards, metrics, and dashboards
- Collaborate with Product Leads, Technology Leads, and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems)
- 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management or related experience across diverse business domains
- Proven ability to manage strategic portfolios encompassing multiple high-impact programs
- PMP, PfMP, or equivalent professional qualification, highly preferred
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of investment management principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities
