About the role
- As HR IT Manager (m/f/d), you will assume professional and disciplinary responsibility for our HR IT area with a focus on LOGA.
- You combine leadership, client responsibility and operational HR IT expertise — developing sustainable solutions for demanding clients together with your team.
- Build, manage and strategically develop our HR IT team.
- Overall responsibility for LOGA customer projects — from conception to productive implementation.
- Implementation, configuration, support and customization of LOGA modules.
- Ensure quality, on-time delivery and adherence to defined service level standards.
- Manage complex interfaces to client systems and external partners.
- Develop standards, best practices and scalable service processes.
- Act as a sparring partner for senior management and clients on HR IT matters.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
- Alternatively: commercial apprenticeship with substantial HR/payroll further training.
- Several years of experience in the HR IT environment with strong LOGA expertise.
- Deep practical experience in customizing, preferably in payroll and time management.
- Experience in project management and ideally in leading employees.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, clear decision-making strength and a structured way of working.
- Very good German and good English skills.
- Experience in the services or BPO environment is an advantage.
