About the role

  • As HR IT Manager (m/f/d), you will assume professional and disciplinary responsibility for our HR IT area with a focus on LOGA.
  • You combine leadership, client responsibility and operational HR IT expertise — developing sustainable solutions for demanding clients together with your team.
  • Build, manage and strategically develop our HR IT team.
  • Overall responsibility for LOGA customer projects — from conception to productive implementation.
  • Implementation, configuration, support and customization of LOGA modules.
  • Ensure quality, on-time delivery and adherence to defined service level standards.
  • Manage complex interfaces to client systems and external partners.
  • Develop standards, best practices and scalable service processes.
  • Act as a sparring partner for senior management and clients on HR IT matters.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
  • Alternatively: commercial apprenticeship with substantial HR/payroll further training.
  • Several years of experience in the HR IT environment with strong LOGA expertise.
  • Deep practical experience in customizing, preferably in payroll and time management.
  • Experience in project management and ideally in leading employees.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, clear decision-making strength and a structured way of working.
  • Very good German and good English skills.
  • Experience in the services or BPO environment is an advantage.
