About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding, making sure joiners hit the ground running and leavers exit smoothly
- Own our process documentation, making sure every workflow is clear enough for anyone to pick up and run with
- Leverage AI and automation to elevate our People processes - we need someone who constantly challenges the status quo and asks 'how could this be better?
- Maintain accurate employee records - physical and digital - so the team always has accurate, up-to-date information they can count on
- Prepare employment contracts and related People paperwork (e.g. references, employer certificates, visa documentation, etc.)
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help organise team events
- Manage day-to-day office operations - ordering supplies and managing supplier relationships
- Keep employee data accurate, up-to-date, and compliant in our HRMS
- Occasionally support recruitment activities where needed, as we continue to grow the team
- Have a people-first mindset; Be a friendly, reliable first point of contact for employee questions and concerns
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are a currently pursuing or already completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related business field
- You have a good understanding of the employee lifecycle and employee experience
- You are a people person at heart - you build trust easily and bring a best experience mindset to every interaction
- You are detail-oriented and highly organised - you don't let things slip through the cracks, and in this role, this is what makes the biggest difference
- You are passionate about learning and constantly seeking for opportunities to grow in the People Experience field
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
