About the role

  • Driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening leadership position within the property technology sector
  • Leading a high-performing sales team while carrying own strategic sales target
  • Conducting performance reviews, providing coaching and mentoring
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Identifying and prioritizing key market segments and enterprise opportunities
  • Engaging in strategic sales activity including prospecting, negotiation and closing deals
  • Analyzing and optimizing sales processes to improve efficiency
  • Partnering with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to align commercial strategy with customer needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS technology sales
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding ambitious targets
  • Demonstrable experience building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong executive presence and credibility at C-suite level
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach
  • Confidence and credibility to represent the business publicly at industry events and conferences
  • A proactive, resilient and growth-oriented attitude
  • Property / PropTech experience is advantageous, but not essential.
