About the role
- Driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening leadership position within the property technology sector
- Leading a high-performing sales team while carrying own strategic sales target
- Conducting performance reviews, providing coaching and mentoring
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive sustainable revenue growth
- Identifying and prioritizing key market segments and enterprise opportunities
- Engaging in strategic sales activity including prospecting, negotiation and closing deals
- Analyzing and optimizing sales processes to improve efficiency
- Partnering with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to align commercial strategy with customer needs
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS technology sales
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding ambitious targets
- Demonstrable experience building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong executive presence and credibility at C-suite level
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach
- Confidence and credibility to represent the business publicly at industry events and conferences
- A proactive, resilient and growth-oriented attitude
- Property / PropTech experience is advantageous, but not essential.
